PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emulsion composition which can stably hold an active oxygen remover and an antioxidant, even when used in combination with a UV scattering agent.SOLUTION: The emulsion composition comprises an oil phase and an aqueous phase. The UV scattering agent is added to the oil phase or the aqueous phase composing the emulsified composition, and at least one chosen from the active oxygen remover and the antioxidant is added to the phase different from the one to which the UV scattering agent is added.
