The present invention addresses the problem of providing a liquid oral composition or liquid food composition in which a calcium phosphate, such as a hydroxyapatite or tricalcium phosphate, is in a stably dispersed state and can be prevented from sedimenting or separating out even in long-term storage. By adding xanthane gum and a polyglycerol fatty acid ester to a calcium phosphate, the calcium phosphate is rendered stably dispersed even in long-term storage, and the calcium phosphate can be prevented from sedimenting or separating out even when used in liquid oral compositions such as a mouthwash, liquid dentifrice, and oral detergent or in liquid food compositions such as milk, soy milk, yoghurt, and a refreshing beverage. Furthermore, by incorporating an amphoteric surfactant besides the xanthane gum and polyglycerol fatty acid ester, the calcium phosphate contained in a liquid oral composition such as a mouthwash, liquid dentifrice, or oral detergent can be more effectively prevented from sedimenting or separating out.
