The present invention relates to a preparing method of a toothpaste composition which includes a step of producing β-tricalcium phosphate by reacting a calcium aqueous solution and a phosphoric acid aqueous solution at pH 4.8 to 5.5. Accordingly, nanosized water-soluble β-tricalcium phosphate which is produced in a specific condition is added to the toothpaste composition, so that the β-tricalcium phosphate can be dissolved by saliva or water from the oral cavity when users brush their teeth with toothpaste, and calcium ions can react to teeth and the root surface of the teeth, for improving functions of the toothpaste for regenerating bones of the teeth, removing plaque, whitening the teeth, stopping blood, regenerating gums, and controlling bad breath.본 발명은 칼슘 수용액과 인산 수용액을 pH 4.8 내지 5.5에서 반응시켜 β-트리칼슘포스페이트를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 치약 조성물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이에 의하여, 특정 조건에서 제조된 나노 크기의 수용성 β-트리칼슘포스페이트를 치약 조성물에 포함시킴으로써 치약을 사용한 양치 시 구강 내의 침이나 수분에 용해되어 칼슘 이온이 치아와 차이의 뿌리 표면에 반응함으로써 치아 골을 재생할 뿐 아니라, 치석 제거, 미백, 지혈, 잇몸 재생, 구취억제 기능을 향상시킬 수 있다.
