PURPOSE: A hydroponic culture system using a buoyancy plate is provided to always locate roots of plants under water without a separate water source. CONSTITUTION: A hydroponic culture system using a buoyancy plate comprises the following: a culturing tank(10) for storing culturing water(1), having an opening on the upper side； the buoyancy plate (20) including plural through-holes(21), and floating on the surface of the culturing water by the buoyancy； an absorption body(40) filling each through-hole for absorbing the culturing water, and supporting roots of a plant(30)； a stopping protrusion(11) formed on the inner wall surface of the culturing tank for hanging the edges of the buoyancy plate in the predetermined height from the bottom surface(12) of the culturing tank by the reduction of the culturing water； an alarm generating an alarming sound when the buoyancy plate is mounted on the stopping protrusion； a drain hole(13) formed on the wall surface of the culturing tank； and a cap(14) opening and closing the drain hole.식물이 식재된 부력판이 수면에 부상되어 있도록 하여 뿌리가 항상 수중에 침수되어 있도록 함으로써 수분(재배수)의 보충기간을 여유있게 하고, 수위의 감소에 따라 부력판이 하강될때 재배조의 바닥면과의 접촉을 방지하여 식물의 뿌리를 보호할 수 있도록 하며, 사무실의 파티션과 같은 협소한 사무자재에도 설치가 가능하도록 한 부력판을 이용한 수경재배장치에 관한 것이다.이와 같은 수경재배장치는 상부가 개방되고 재배수(1)가 수용되는 재배조(10)와, 재배수(1)의 수면에 부력에 의해서 뜨며 복수의 관통공(21)이 형성된 부력판(20)과, 각 관통공(21)에 충전되어 재배수(1)를 흡수하며 식물(30)의 뿌리가 지지되는 흡수체(40)를 구비한다.
