The present invention relates to a floating platform of offshore data buoy, which is mainly to partition the interior of a shell body molded with a plastic material into an instrument chamber and a plurality of closed chambers surrounding the periphery of the instrument chamber, with the interior of each chamber being respectively filled with the buffering protection body. Additionally, the bottom of shell body is disposed thereon with a plurality of water-splitting boards of plastic material in radial distribution manner. By means of applying the floating platform to the offshore data buoy, the present invention not only can provide the instrument with excellent safety protection, but also has the functions of light-weight, easy deployment and carriage, power-saving in hanging, lighting protection, and can be maintained the directly offshore.
