The present invention relates to a hole type float having a buoyancy control function, and more specifically, to a hole type float having a buoyancy control function wherein an upper cap elastically supported by an upper portion of a float body is rotated to change the buoyancy inside the hole type float according to the step, and an upper float and a lower float, which are received inside the upper cap, are automatically dropped through the rotation of the upper cap, thereby controlling the sinking rate of the hole type float. The hole type float having a buoyancy control function according to the present invention comprises a float body (10) and an upper cap (11). The float body (10): includes an internal space (100) with an opened upper portion; a hollow type first guide bar (101) formed in the center of the internal space (100); and a fixing part (13) positioned on an upper end of the first guide bar (101). The upper cap (11) is coupled to an upper portion of the float body (10), and elastically supported by an internal spring (19) to press an upper portion and rotate the upper portion at a predetermined angle, thereby changing the internal buoyancy according to the step.
