The present invention discloses an X-ray detector having a divided wavelength conversion filter. The X-ray detector according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a substrate； a pixel electrode formed on the substrate and divided into a plurality of pixel electrodes； a photoconductor layer formed on the divided pixel electrodes and generating electron-hole pairs by an incident X-ray； a common electrode formed on the photoconductor layer； and a plurality of wavelength conversion filters which are divided so as to correspond to the divided pixel electrodes on the common electrode.본 발명은 분할된 파장변환필터를 구비한 엑스선 검출기를 개시한다. 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 엑스선 검출기는 기판； 상기 기판 상에 형성되고, 복수 개로 분할되어 형성된 픽셀전극； 상기 분할된 픽셀전극 상에 형성되고, 입사된 엑스선(X-ray)에 의해 전자-정공 쌍을 발생시키는 포토컨덕터층； 상기 포토컨덕터층 상에 형성된 공통전극； 및 상기 공통전극 상에 상기 분할된 픽셀전극과 대응되도록 복수 개로 분할되어 형성된 복수 개의 파장변환필터를 포함한다.
