PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nano thin-film transfer sheet capable of easily peeling a cover film from a nano thin-film layer.SOLUTION: There is provided a nano thin-film transfer sheet which comprises a support substrate, a nano thin-film layer provided on one surface side of the support substrate and a cover film provided on the nano thin-film layer, wherein a cutting part, which becomes a starting point of division when dividing and peeling the cover film from the nano thin-film layer, is provided on the cover film.
