<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railing for a hospital stretcher for transporting for reliably carrying out to raise and retreat the railing without misoperation. <；P>；SOLUTION: The railing for a hospital stretcher for transporting or the like is provided along a side edge of a bed part 11 and includes a railing body 21 equipped with rotary shafts 22, 23 at both end parts and rotation supporting parts 12, 13 for rotatably supporting the railing body through the rotary shafts. A first engaging part provided on the railing body includes a base part 41 fixed on the railing body, a lever 42 provided to reciprocate in the vertical direction relative to the base part, a pin member 43 provided on the lever, and a locking member 44 which is provided to reciprocate in the lateral direction, prevents the lever from moving in the direction to be away from the rotary shaft in a first position, and allows the lever to move in the direction to be away from the rotary shaft in a second position, and a second engaging part provided on the rotation supporting part includes a hole 52 where the pin member 43 is inserted. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
