PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user-friendly stretcher with a transfer mechanism operating interlocked with a sliding mechanism of a mounting base.SOLUTION: The stretcher includes the mounting base 5 formed via the sliding mechanism on a base frame 13, and a side rail 54 so as to be horizontally held on the movable side of the mounting base.
