PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical treatment assisting tool capable of sustaining an appropriate compression state onto an injury part without compelling a patient after a device implantation operation such as a pacemaker to rest in bed.SOLUTION: A compression band 1 used after a device implantation operation includes: a supporter body 2 that is placed on any one shoulder or a breast of a human body, with it fitted thereto according to a body type of a wearer a pocket part 3 provided an inward surface 2A of the supporter body 2 a compression weight 4 capable of compressing the injury part, with it stored in the pocket part 3 and an adjustment belt 5 that is placed on an armpit in an opposite side of the shoulder wearing the supporter body 2, and can adjust a fixing position with respect to the supporter body 2 so as to adjust a compression degree of the compression weight 4 onto the injury part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】ペースメーカ等のデバイス植込み術後患者に安静を強いることなく、創部に対する適切な圧迫状態を持続可能な医療補助具を提供する。【解決手段】人体の何れか一方の肩乃至胸に着用者の体型に応じてフィットさせた状態で装着可能なサポータ本体2と、サポータ本体2の内向き面2Aに設けたポケット部3と、ポケット部3に収容された状態で創部を圧迫し得る圧迫用錘4と、サポータ本体2を装着した肩とは反対側の脇下に装着され且つサポータ本体2に対する固定位置を調節することによって圧迫用錘4による創部への圧迫程度を調整可能な調整ベルト5とを備えたデバイス植込み術後圧迫バンド1を案出した。【選択図】図1
