Certain single crystals of the compound (I) and the maleate salt mixed with the 1: 1 mixture of the compound (I) and the fumarate salt and the 1: 1 mixture are characterized by various physical properties and physical measurement methods. Also described are methods for preparing the above-mentioned 1: 1 compound (I), fumaric acid salt, and specific crystals of the compound (I) and the maleate mixed in the 1: 1 mixture.
