The present invention provides a seedling transplanting machine which is provided with an auxiliary conveying component for seedling or fertilizer separately from a preparative seedling frame and effectively performs loading operation of seedling or fertilizer. The front side of a driving vehicle body (10) is provided with a mounting component (101) which rotatably supports the preparative seedling frame (19). The mounting component (101) is provided with a rotating component which rotates in a front-and-back direction of the body. The rotating component is provided with an auxiliary loading component (105) which is formed rotatably in the front-and-back direction. Furthermore the seedling transplanting machine is manufactured to a structure that the auxiliary loading component (105) is at a position which is overlapped with the preparative seedling frame (19) when the auxiliary loading component (105) rotates to an overlook position.
