The invention relates to a surgical device having a light source guiding plate. The surgical device includes a frame and at least one positioning piece. At least one lighting element of high-brightness light emitting diode is disposed in the frame. A handle is extended from the frame. The lighting element is electrically connected to an external power source or battery. The positioning pieces are disposed around one side of the frame. The positioning pieces define at least one transparent part corresponding to the lighting element. The positioning piece is an integrated tube. A positioning ring is disposed on the positioning piece away from the frame. Thereby, with the positioning piece and the positioning ring, the surgical wound can be positioned and examined by utilizing light guiding illumination.
