An electrical body stimulator cushion device (1), use thereof and a medical or therapeutic device comprising the body stimulator cushion device (1) which comprises a layer of pliable material (10), an electrical body stimulator (21) having a plurality of interconnected electrical conductors (25), a top (28) and a bottom isolating layer (29) between which the electrical conductors (25) are located, and an infrared reflector foil (30), located between the layer of pliable material (10) and the electrical body stimulator (21). When the electrical body stimulator cushion device (1) is connected to a mains power supply (P), the plurality of electrical conductors (25) of the electrical body stimulator (21) are arranged to emit infrared radiation (R) towards a user body (B), generate a magnetic field (M), and provide a current pathway (60) for directing a body stimulating current (I) from the plurality of electrical conductors (25) via the body (B) to ground (G).
