The present invention relates to an oxidative hair dye composition for improving the hair dying and color sustaining power, which is formed of a composition comprising higher level alcohol, higher level fatty acid, a nonionic surfactant, and polyol ester； and which forms a lamellar liquid crystal phase or bicontinuous micro-emulsion, thereby improving the stability and hair penetration power of a dye to improve the color of the dye. Additionally, the oxidative hair dye composition has excellent hair color sustaining power and allows a user to maintain soft and sleek hair after dying by preventing the hair damage due to dyeing.본 발명은 염모력과 컬러 유지력을 높이기 위한 산화 염모제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 고급알코올, 고급지방산, 비이온성 계면활성제 및 폴리올 에스테르류를 포함하는 조성물로 이루어져 라멜라 액정상 또는 바이콘티뉴어스마이크로 에멀젼을 이루는 것을 특징으로 하며 염료의 안정화 및 모발 침투력을 높여 컬러감을 개선하였으며 모발 컬러 지속력이 우수하다. 또한, 염색시 모발 손상을 막아 염색 후에도 부드럽고 윤기있는 모발을 유지하도록 한다.
