PURPOSE: A composition using Vitex rotundifolia and cocklebur is provided to enable easy wound healing and to relieve itchness and atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing atopic dermatitis contains 0.5-1.5 weight parts of lavender oil and 0.4-0.6 weight parts of vinegar based on total 100 weight parts of the composition. A method for preparing the composition comprises: a step of naturally drying Vitex rotundifolia and 9-11 weight parts of cocklebur； a step of mixing with 350-450 weight parts of seawater； a step of boiling at 1000-2000 degrees for 3-5 hours； and a step of filtering the extract. Soap is manufactured by mixing 0.4-0.6 weight parts of vinegar.본 발명은 순기비나무 도꼬마리 소리쟁이를 이용한 아토피 피부용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 비누에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 순비기나무, 도꼬마리, 소리쟁이를 자연 건조시킨 후 건조된 순비기나무, 도꼬마리, 소리쟁이를 바닷물과 탕제하여 만든 조성물을 아토피에 걸려 있는 사람들 사용할 수 있게 한 순기비나무 도꼬마리 소리쟁이를 이용한 아토피 피부용 조성물 및 이를 이용한 비누에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의하면, 순비기나무 도꼬마리 소리쟁이 바닷물을 이용하여 쉽게 상처 치유, 가려움증, 피부 강화, 아토피 피부 증상을 완화하는 조성물을 제조할 수 있다.
