The present invention relates to a method of preventing or treating atopic dermatitis using liquid-phase plasma. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for producing liquid plasma for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis using the liquid-phase plasma prepared by the method, and a method for preventing or treating atopic dermatitis using the liquid-phase plasma. The liquid-phase plasma of the present invention is expected to be widely used for preventing and treating immune hyper-responses including atopic dermatitis owing to remarkable effects of inhibiting hypersensitive immune response.본 발명은 액상 플라즈마를 이용한 아토피성 피부염의 예방 또는 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 보다 구체적으로, 본 발명은 아토피성 피부염의 예방 또는 치료용 액상 플라즈마의 제조 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 액상 플라즈마를 이용한 아토피성 피부염의 예방 또는 치료용 약학조성물, 및 상기 액상 플라즈마를 이용한 아토피성 피부염의 예방 또는 치료 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 액상 플라즈마는 과민성 면역반응을 억제하는 효과가 현저하므로 아토피성 피부염을 포함하는 면역 과민반응의 예방 및 치료에 크게 활용될 것으로 기대된다.
