To provide solid pharmaceutical formulations hardly absorbable moisture in order to solve the problem that ingredients for treating diseases, and the like absorb moisture over time, since when an ingredient for treating diseases, and the like in a solid pharmaceutical formulation absorbs moisture, the ingredient for treating diseases, and the like in the solid pharmaceutical formulation becomes difficult to disperse after taking (decrease in dispersibility), or the solid pharmaceutical formulation becomes difficult to disintegrate (disintegrating property), and as a result the pharmacological action of the pharmaceutical formulation is difficult to be exerted immediately.SOLUTION: The present invention contains (A) an ingredient for treating diseases both or either one of digestive organs and/or digestive system, and (B) at least one kind of drug selected from meloxicam and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
