The present invention relates to composition for reshaping keratin fibers, preferably hair, comprising: (a) at least one fatty material, preferably in the form of liquid at ambient temperature and under atmospheric pressure, (b) at least one surfactant, preferably at least one nonionic surfactant, and (c) at least one alkaline agent, wherein the amount of the (a) fatty material is 30% by weight or more, preferably 50% by weight or more, relative to the total weight of the composition. The composition according to the present invention is an oil-rich composition comprising an alkaline agent which enables to achieve excellent perm performance with reduced or no malodor due to a reducing agent.La présente invention concerne une composition permettant de remettre en forme des fibres kératiniques, de préférence les cheveux, comprenant : (a) au moins un matériau gras, de préférence sous la forme d'un liquide à température ambiante et à pression atmosphérique, (b) au moins un surfactant, de préférence au moins un surfactant non ionique, et (c) au moins un agent alcalin, la quantité du (a) matériau gras étant d'au moins 30 % en poids, de préférence d'au moins 50 % en poids, par rapport au poids total de la composition. La composition selon la présente invention est une composition riche en huile comprenant un agent alcalin qui permet d'obtenir d'excellentes performances en matière de permanente sans présenter la mauvaise odeur due à un agent de réduction, ou en ne présentant que faiblement cette mauvaise odeur.
