The present invention relates to a dissolving type herbal substitute tea product and a preparing method thereof. More specifically, the dissolving type herbal substitute tea product is prepared by mixing Zingiber officinale, Hydrangea macrophylla, Angelica gigas, Paeonia lactiflora, Ligusticum striatum, and Lycium chinense without the final product having the spicy flavor unique to the Zingiber officinale while also having the unique flavor of the Zingiber officinale. Zingiber officinale is soaked in water, treated with steam, and sterilized in a Zingiber officinale pretreatment process included in the method. The dissolving type herbal substitute tea product includes the Hydrangea macrophylla to have a sweet flavor without using additional artificial sweeteners. The dissolving type herbal substitute tea product includes the Angelica gigas, Paeonia lactiflora, Ligusticum striatum, and Lycium chinense prepared after a pretreatment process of drying and grinding the ingredients to be beneficial to health while harmoniously blending the aroma and flavors of the individual herbal ingredients, thereby enhancing the flavor and aroma of the dissolving type herbal substitute tea product.본 발명은 침출식 한방대용차 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 생강, 수국, 당귀, 작약, 천궁 및 구기자를 혼합하여 한방대용차를 제조하되, 최종적으로 제조된 한방대용차에 생강 특유의 매운 맛은 포함되지 않도록 하면서도 생강 고유의 향은 손실되지 않도록 하기 위하여 생강을 생강물에 침지시키고 스팀처리 및 살청하는 등의 생강전처리공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 별도의 인공감미료를 사용하지 않고도 한방대용차에 단맛을 부여하기 위하여 수국을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 건조 및 파쇄 등의 전처리 공정을 거친 당귀, 작약, 천궁 및 구기자와 같은 한약재를 포함함으로써 건강에 유익할 뿐만 아니라 각각의 한방재료의 향과 풍미가 조화롭게 어우러져 한방대용차 자체의 향과 풍미가 증진되는 장점이 있는 침출식 한방대용차 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
