PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent fragrance from being imparted to a packaged absorbent article, to emit fragrance after opening, and to reduce leakage of the fragrance to outside.SOLUTION: In a package 1 according to the invention, a packaging material 200 is arranged on the skin non-contact surface side of an absorbent article 100. The absorbent article 100 is packaged by folding the packaging material 200 and absorbent article 100 toward the skin contact surface side from the skin non-contact surface side of the absorbent article 100 along the product width direction W. A fragrance bag 10 in which fragrance is sealed is joined to the packaging material 200 of the folded package 1. The fragrance bag 10 has a first surface 11 and a second surface 12 opposite the first surface 11.
