PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning reel capable of compactifying the rear part of its enclosure.SOLUTION: A spinning reel includes: a reel body 2a an oscillating mechanism 20 a slip-off preventing member 60 and a first bolt member 61. A screwing shaft 20b is mounted in the interior of the reel body 2a. A slider 20c slides along the screwing shaft 20b. The slip-off preventing member 60 is disposed in the rear of the screwing shaft 20b to prevent the screwing shaft 20b from slipping off. The first bolt member 61 is screw-engaged with the reel body 2a to fix the slip-off preventing member 60 to the reel body 2a.
