PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing a bedsore is provided to lift a breathable sheet in order to ventilate the pressurized area in the body of a patient periodically or when the patient wants, thereby preventing a bedsore. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing a bedsore includes a frame(10), a sheet, multiple linear actuators, a hollow and horizontal fixing shaft(21), a hollow and horizontal rotating shaft(22), a hollow and vertical fixing shaft(23), a hollow and vertical rotating shaft(24), multiple fixing units(30), multiple first connecting bars(31), and multiple second connecting bars(32). The mesh-type sheet is installed at the upper side of the frame. The linear actuators move the frame up and down. The horizontal fixing shaft is longitudinally installed at one of the left and the right side of the upper side of the frame. The horizontal rotating shaft is longitudinally installed at the other of the left and the right side of the upper side of the frame. The vertical fixing shaft is transversely installed at one of the front and the rear side of the upper side of the frame. The vertical rotating shaft is transversely installed at the other of the front and the rear side of the upper side of the frame. A cylindrical groove is formed on the side of the fixing unit. One end of the first connecting bar is fixed to be inserted into the fixing unit, and the other end of the first connecting bar is forcibly fit inside the horizontal fixing shaft or the vertical fixing shaft. One end of the second connecting bar is rotatably inserted into the fixing unit, and the other end of the second connecting bar is forcibly fit inside the horizontal rotating shaft or the vertical rotating shaft.본 발명은 작동이 편리한 승강수단을 마련하여 주기적으로 또는 환자가 원하는 경우에 통기성이 있는 시트를 승강시켜 환자의 신체 압박부위에 통기가 가능하도록 하여 욕창을 방지할 수 있도록 한 욕창방지용 장치에 관한 것으로, 프레임, 상기 프레임의 상부에 설치되는 망 형태의 시트 및 상기 프레임의 하부에 구비되어 상기 프레임을 승하강시키는 다수의 리니어 액츄에이터를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
