PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a holding device and an imaging apparatus equipped with the same, capable of confirming the position of the object for imaging relative to the imaging space easily and inexpensively.SOLUTION: The MRI apparatus 10 comprises an imaging part 12 for imaging tomographic images of the object O for imaging, a small animal such as a mouse or rat, and the holding device 100 for holding the object O for imaging in such a way as retractable to the imaging space H. The holding device 100 comprises a base 102 with a groove 108 on the upper surface, and a holding member 104 disposed slidably on the groove 108. The holding member 104 has a restraining member 126 disposed on main surfaces 106c and 106d of the base 102 in such a way as astride the groove 108. The distance of movement of the holding member 104 and the position of the object O for imaging relative to the imaging space H can be confirmed by confirming the position of marks 132 on sliding parts 130a and 130b of the restraining member 126 with calibrations 136 of a scale 134 attached to the main surface 106d.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】撮像空間に対する撮像対象の位置を簡単に確認できかつ低コストに構成できる、保持装置およびそれを備える撮像装置を提供する。【解決手段】MRI装置10は、マウスやラット等の小動物である撮像対象Oの断層画像を撮像するための撮像部12、撮像対象Oを撮像空間Hに対して進退可能に保持する保持装置100を備える。保持装置100は、上面に溝108を有する基台102と、溝108に摺動可能に配置される保持部材104とを含む。保持部材104には溝108を跨ぐように基台102の主面106c,106dに配置される規制部材126が設けられる。規制部材126の摺動部130a,130bに設けられる目印132の位置を主面106dに設けられるスケール134の目盛り136で確認することによって、保持部材104の移動距離ひいては撮像空間Hに対する撮像対象Oの位置を確認できる。【選択図】図2
