PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer capable of being strongly fixed without generating cracks/fractures or the like on the spacer installed in a gap part.SOLUTION: The spacer 1 is installed and fixed in the gap part between bones, and includes a block body 2 installed in the gap part and a planar body 3 for fixing the block body 2 to the gap part. The planar body 3 includes a holding part 5 which is integrated with the planar body 3 and holds the block body 2, and the holding part 5 includes a pair of arm parts 51 projected from a surface supporting the holding part 5 of the planar body 3 and arranged facing each other, and locking parts 52 provided on the arm parts 51.
