PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer easily fixed without causing a crack, a fracture, or the like in the spacer installed in a gap part.SOLUTION: The spacer 1 fixedly installed in the gap part between bones includes a block body 2 installed in the gap part, and a wire 3 inserted through the block body 2 so that both ends project from the block body 2.
