PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trunks type disposable diaper which has improved fitness of a thigh contact part, and which prevents deterioration of a wearing feeling and generation of a gap.SOLUTION: The invention is configured so that: an interior body 10 has stretchable sheets 40 which pass on a thigh contact part 31 and continuous in a longitudinal direction LD from at least positions C2 where each stretchable sheet crosses front leg periphery elastic members 27 to positions C3 where each stretchable sheet crosses rear leg periphery elastic members 26.
