Fitting grooves are formed on both sides of the support rod. A rectangular uneven part is formed on the bottom center of the mounting plates. In the mounting part, the uneven parts are coupled to the fitting grooves so that the mounting plates can be arranged on the support rod in parallel. The support plates are supported at both ends of the support rod. Turing rollers(5) are arranged at the front and rear edges of the underside of the support plates.
