The invention relates to a system for determining a pulse wave speed. coronary, comprising: - an interface receiving proximal and distal blood pressure signals； - a processing device for: - identifying an instant Tfmp of the start of a rising edge and an instant Tfdp of the start of a falling edge a received proximal pressure signal； - calculate the duration T between the instants Tfdp and Tfmp； - identify an instant Tfdd from the start of falling edge from a distal pressure signal； - identify an instant Tfmd of the start of the rising edge of the pressure signal distal, after having subtracted said duration T from the instant Tfdd； - recover the value of the distance between the places of pressure measurement proximal and distal； - calculate the time between the start of rising edges identified； - calculate the coronary pulse wave speed in depending on the duration.L'invention concerne un système de détermination d'une vitesse d'onde de poulscoronaire, comprenant : - une interfacede réception de signaux de pression sanguine proximale et distale； - undispositif de traitement pour : - identifier un instant Tfmp dudébut d'un front montant et un instant Tfdp du début d'un front descendantd'un signal de pression proximale reçu； - calculer la duréeT entre les instants Tfdp et Tfmp； - identifier un instant Tfdd du début dufront descendant à partir d'un signal de pression distale；- identifier un instant Tfmd du début du front montant du signal de pressiondistale, après avoir retranché ladite durée T de l'instant Tfdd；- récupérer la valeur de la distance entre les lieux de mesure des pressionsproximale et distale； - calculer la durée séparant le début desfronts montants identifiés； - calculer la vitesse d'onde de pouls coronaire enfonction de ladite durée.
