PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction tube in which a suction port is hard to be clogged up while being a simple structure.SOLUTION: A suction tube (30) with an outer cylinder opening (14) is characterized in that a portion serving as a suction opening (141) and a portion serving as a discharge opening (142) are configured to be repeatedly switched in the outer cylinder opening (14). The portion serving as the suction opening (141) and the portion serving as the discharge opening (142) are repeatedly switched, and therefore foreign matter such as tissue pieces coming close by the suction force of the suction opening (141) is moved in a direction apart from an outer cylinder by delivery pressure when the suction opening (141) is switched to the discharge opening (142), or is torn off actively from the outer cylinder. Accordingly, the foreign matter such as the tissue pieces can be prevented from being sucked to the suction opening (141) very effectively. As a result, the suction tube (30) having the suction opening (141) being hard to be clogged up can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】本発明は、簡単な構成でありながら、吸引口が詰まりにくい吸引管を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】外筒開口部（１４）を備えた吸引管（３０）であって、該外筒開口部（１４）において、吸引開口部（１４１）となる部分と吐出開口部（１４２）となる部分とが、繰り返し切り替わるように構成されていることを特徴とする。吸引開口部（１４１）となる部分と吐出開口部（１４２）となる部分とが、繰り返し切り替わるため、吸引開口部（１４１）の吸引圧によって接近してきた組織片等の異物は、該吸引開口部（１４１）が吐出開口部（１４２）に切り替わった際の吐出圧によって、外筒から離れる方向へ移動させられ、あるいは、外筒から積極的に引きはがされるため、組織片等の異物が吸引開口部（１４１）へ吸着することを非常に効果的に抑制することができ、その結果、吸引開口部（１４１）が詰まりにくい吸引管（３０）を提供することができる。【選択図】図１
