The present invention is related to an aqueous cleansing composition especially for keratin fibres such as human hair with shine enhancing effect. Accordingly the subject of the present invention is an aqueous cleansing composition especially for keratin fibres such as human hair comprising one or more surfactant selected form anionic, non-ionic and amphoteric ones at a concentration of 5 to 50% by weight calculated to total composition, and at least one arylated silicone at a concentration of 0.001 to 2.5% by weight, calculated to total composition.
