The approach which in order to execute depth based gain control is improved, is executed by adjusting the profit at each depth in the picture on the basis of the group of the curved line which is housed. Each curved line in the group specifies gain control as a function of depth concerning all depth. User interface 1 sets and becoming independent individually (concerning each depth territory, until recently approach of the technology which uses adjustment possible gain control contrast) makes that the user at once selects the whole curved line possible.
