An electric hedge cutting device is mobile on wheels and consists of a flat rectangular or triangular base (1) with wheels (2,3) at the corners. A vertical telescopic tubular mast (6,7) is mounted on the base (1), and at the top of the mast is a platform (13) on which the hedge cutter is mounted (16). The long axis of the cutter (16) rotates around the long axis of the mast (6,7), and the saddle (14,15) for the cutter (16) is fixed to a tubular sleeve concentric with the mast (6,7) and is able to rotate around it, and is attached to it by adjusting bolts. USE/ADVANTAGE - Can trim hedges of any height, horizontally or vertically, without the operator having to carry or guide it.
