Устройство для измельчения древесины при рубках ухода в молодняках и обрезки городских зеленых насаждений содержит корпус в виде разомкнутого цилиндрического кожуха, режущий орган, имеющий улиткообразную форму с режущей кромкой, установленный на вращающемся валу. Режущий орган установлен на валу наклонно под углом к его оси. В верхней части корпуса перпендикулярно оси вращения режущего органа смонтирован свободно вращающийся на оси цилиндрический ролик. В верхней и нижней частях корпуса на касательной к окружности, описываемой витком наибольшего диаметра режущего органа, на осях консольно установлены свободно вращающиеся конические ролики вершинами наружу. Изобретение позволит повысить мобильность устройства за счет упрощения его конструкции. 2 ил.
