This invention relates to a grafting tool capable of fixing cut opening, comprising a first grip and a second grip pivotal installed in cross so as to enable the tool to open or close. The knife holder of the second grip is penetratingly disposed to a positioning guide column of the first grip to be able to slide longitudinally only. The positioning guide column is disposed with a gear rack exposed outside the knife holder and a meshing tooth block is disposed on the knife holder with a pivotal part to be meshed with the gear part.
