The device consists of a frame, a capacity, a bath, a bubble flask, a pump, and a gear motor. At that, the limit switch is designed to open the circuit and stop the motor-reducer when lowering the capacity in the lower position, and is designed to open the circuit and stop the motor-reducer with lifting the capacity in the upper position. The time switch is designed to set the time of the container presence in the lifted and lowered positions, as well as to switch on and off the pump and the bubble flask.
