PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly and safely perform a treatment by providing, to an operator, information to prevent the under-irradiation to a treatment region and the over-irradiation to a normal region, concerning a radiotherapy.SOLUTION: An irradiation system 2 irradiates a subject with a therapeutic radiation beam. A scattered radiation detecting system 3 detects scattered radiation generated based on the therapeutic radiation beam.
