The method for guiding a walking user according to the present invention comprises: a step of shining a light onto a road surface a step of detecting a reflected light reflected from the road surface by using a sensor a step of determining conditions of the road surface by using the reflected light and a step of measuring a distance between the sensor and the road surface by using the reflected light, determining whether an obstruction is present and an obstruction type by comparing the measured distance with a pre-stored value, determining a degree of slipperiness of the road surface by using a light intensity distribution of the reflected light according to a scattering angle, and outputting information about the conditions of the road surface according to at least one among whether an obstruction is present, the obstruction type, and the degree of slipperiness of the road surface.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2015본 발명은 사용자의 안전을 확보할 수 있도록 노면상태에 따라 사용자의 보행을 안내하는 방법 및 장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 보행 안내 방법은, 노면에 광을 조사하는 단계 센서를 이용하여 상기 노면으로부터 반사되는 반사광을 검출하는 단계 상기 검출된 반사광을 이용하여 상기 노면의 상태를 판단하는 단계, 여기서 상기 반사광을 이용하여 상기 센서와 상기 노면간의 거리를 측정하고 상기 측정된 거리를 기저장된 값과 비교하여 장애물의 존재 여부 및 장애물의 유형을 판단하며, 산란각에 따른 상기 반사광의 광량 분포를 이용하여 상기 노면의 미끄러움 정도를 판단하고 상기 장애물의 존재 여부 및 유형 그리고 상기 노면의 미끄러움 정도 중 적어도 하나의 판단 결과에 따라 상기 노면의 상태에 대한 정보를 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
