PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope having a configuration capable of selectively, easily and firmly fixing a large-diameter light guide or a small-diameter light guide having a diameter smaller than the large-diameter light guide, in a through-hole, with a center of a light-emitting element matching an axial center of each light guide.SOLUTION: An endoscope comprises: a light-emitting element light guides and a light guide fixing member 16. The light guide fixing member 16 includes a through-hole 30, a first groove part 40a that is formed on a first surface 16a and in which the light-emitting element can be inserted, and a second groove part that is formed on a second surface and in which the light-emitting light can be inserted. The through-hole 30 is formed at such a position of the light guide fixing member 16 that, when the light-emitting element is inserted into the first groove part 40a, a center of a light-emitting surface matches the axial center of the first light guide and, when the light-emitting element is inserted into the second groove part, the center of the light-emitting surface matches the axial center of the second guide light.
