PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer with which absorption of a drug is improved and a stimulus imparted to a living body in drug administration is reduced, and to provide a transepithelial absorption accelerator, and formulation for medicine.
SOLUTION: The polymer has a membrane permeable peptide in the side chain. At least one amino acid constituting the membrane permeable peptide is preferably a basic amino acid, Furthermore, the polymer may exist singly by itself, or may have a crosslinked structure via covalent bonding or via non-covalent bonding type interaction.
