PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable collecting feces discharged by a dog while walking the dog, mechanically, surely and easily, and discarding the feces into the toilet of a restroom in an owners house easily, surely and mechanically to flush to sewage.SOLUTION: By arranging a collecting tool 1 so that the dog feces can be gripped by both of buckets 20, 21, an inside rod member part 5 is lifted up in upward direction. By the transfer of a tip end part 5TP in the upward direction, a plate part 8 is transferred in the upward direction to shrink a spring 9. When bucket supporting parts 12, 17 rotate, both of the buckets 20, 21 rotate in a clockwise or a counterclockwise direction to close the opening of both of the buckets 20, 21 so that the outer edge part which inclines to the outside, of each of the side pieces of the bucket 20 slips under the outside edge part which inclines to the inside, of each of the corresponding side pieces of the bucket 21, and the dog feces is housed in the internal space of both of the buckets 20, 21. In this state, the pin part of the inside rod member part 5 is set to a through-hole which is more dented than the incision of a stopper fitting. The inside rod member part 5 and both of the buckets 20, 21 become immovable state.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】犬の散歩中に犬が排出した糞を機械的に確実に且つ容易に採取して、糞を自宅の便所の便器内に容易に且つ確実に機械的に棄てて下水道へ流すことを可能にする。【解決手段】犬の糞を両バケット20,21で掴むことが出来る様に採取具1を配置して内側棒材部5を上方へ持ち上げる。先端部分5TPの上方への移動により板部8が上へ移動することでバネ9が縮む。バケット支持部12,17が回転して、両バケット20,21は時計回り、反時計回りに回転して、バケット20の各側面部の外側へ傾斜した外縁部がバケット21の対応する各側面部の内側へ傾斜した外縁部の下に潜り込む様に、両バケット20,21の開口部は閉ざされ、犬の糞は両バケット20,21の内部空間内に収容される。この状態で内側棒材部5のピン部をストッパー金具の切り込みより凹んだ貫通穴に嵌め込む。内側棒材部5及び両バケット20,21は不動状態となる。【選択図】図5
