PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe plunger in which the attachment of a pusher to a gasket is easy, and that can prevent the detachment of the pusher from the gasket after the attachment.SOLUTION: A syringe plunger 1 comprises a gasket 3 and a pusher 2. The pusher comprises a plurality of elastically deformable protruding tip parts 7a and 7b that protrude in a tip direction from a tip part of a body part, and the protruding tip parts comprise shaft parts 71a and 71b and inclined parts 72a and 72b provided at their tip parts. The gasket comprises a bore part 35 that can house the plurality of protruding tip parts of the pusher. The bore part comprises a base end side bore part 36 and an approximately conical inside surface part 37a having a larger back end part inside diameter than its tip part.
