Embodiments of the present invention relate to a gate driving circuit for driving a gate line disposed in an X-ray detection panel and an X-ray detection panel, wherein the X-ray detection panel outputs a high-level scan signal to the gate line before the X-ray is incident, and a gate driving for an accurate X-ray reading is enabled by allowing a low-level scan signal to be outputted to the gate line during the X-ray incident period in which a charge in the pixel is generated. In addition, the X-ray detection panel capable of reading an accurate X-ray can be easily configured by implementing a gate driving circuit in the form of a gate in panel (GIP) using a transistor which operates according to an X-ray incident signal.본 발명의 실시예들은, 엑스선 탐지 패널과 엑스선 탐지 패널에 배치된 게이트 라인을 구동하는 게이트 구동 회로에 관한 것으로서, 엑스선 탐지 패널로 엑스선이 입사되기 전에 게이트 라인으로 하이 레벨의 스캔 신호가 출력되도록 하고 픽셀 내 전하가 생성되는 엑스선 입사 기간 동안 게이트 라인으로 로우 레벨의 스캔 신호가 출력되도록 함으로써, 정확한 엑스선 판독을 위한 게이트 구동이 가능하도록 한다. 또한, 이러한 게이트 구동 회로를 엑스선 입사 신호에 따라 동작하는 트랜지스터를 이용하여 GIP(Gate In Panel) 형태로 구현함으로써, 정확한 엑스선 판독이 가능한 엑스선 탐지 패널을 용이하게 구성할 수 있도록 한다.
