PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for injection containing disodium phosphate ester and buffer solution is provided to ensure storage stability. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for injection contains 35-180 mg/ml of disodium phosphate ester in distilled water； a step of adding sodium carbonate, potassium chloride, or sodium citrate is 0.02-0.04.본 발명은 주사용 증류수 중에, 3-(히드록시메틸)-5,5-디페닐히단토인 이나트륨 포스페이트 에스테르 35∼180 mg/mL； 탄산나트륨, 염화칼륨, 및 구연산나트륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택된 완충제 0.02∼0.04 M； 및 조성물의 pH를 pH 8.3∼9.3의 범위로 조절하는데 필요한 양의 pH 조절제를 포함하는 주사용 약학 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 약학 조성물은 극미량의 완충제를 포함하는 주사용 액제로서, 매우 우수한 저장 안정성을 갖는다.
