To this end, the apparatus for sterilizing a beverage comprises: a heating unit (10) which heats water contained inside a heating tank (11) by using an electric heater (13), and has a cover (12) coupled to an upper portion thereof a heat exchange unit (20), wherein a spiral shaped heat exchange pipe is mounted inside the heating tank (11) to be sunk in water, and an inlet (21a) and an outlet (21b) formed at both ends of the heat exchange pipe (21) are drawn out to the outside thereof by being penetrating through the cover (12) and a pumping unit (30), wherein an elastic tube (32), which is coupled to the inlet (21a) of the heat exchange pipe (21), is coupled to a linkage pump (31), and the elastic tube (32) is squeezed by rotary pressure of pressing rollers (31a), mounted to a rotary shaft (31b) of a motor in three directions, so as to transfer the beverage.
