PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin cleanser composition excellent in foam quality, foam quantity and rinsing property, having high cleansing power, giving cleaned skin free from residual feeling, and causing little stickiness even after lapse of time.SOLUTION: There is provided a skin cleanser composition comprising a component (A): an alkyl ether carboxylic acid represented by general formula (1) (in the formula, R1 is 4-22C alkyl and n is 0-20), wherein the average number of carbon atoms in R1 is 10.8-12.8, the content of n=0 component is 4.3-30 mass%, and the combined content of n=1 component and n=2 component is ≥20 mass% and <40 mass% a component (B): a fatty acid represented by general formula (2) and a component (C): a neutralizing agent.
