PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device that is suitable to cool the end of a living body of a connected fingertip section or the like for preventing the putrescence.SOLUTION: The decay prevention cooling device Anc1 that prevents the putrescence of the connected living body includes: an accommodation section Ua1 in which a space having an opening at one end is disposed an endothermic section Ut that consists of a Peltier element thermally connected with a closing end opposed to the opening end of the accommodation section Ua1 and a heat radiation section Ur connected with the endothermic section Ut in the condition that the thermal conduction is possible.
