Radiolabeled 4-phenylquinazoline-2-carboxamides useful as imaging agents for positron emission tomography of translocator protein (TSPO) are described. Methods of detecting TSPO and neuroinflammation using the compounds are described. Also disclosed are radiolabeling methods for selected compounds.Linvention concerne des 4-phénylquinazoline-2-carboxamides radiomarqués utilisés comme agents dimagerie en tomographie par émission de positrons de la protéine de translocation (TSPO). Linvention concerne également des méthodes permettant de détecter la TSPO et la neuroinflammation en utilisant les composés. Linvention concerne par ailleurs des méthodes de radiomarquage de composés sélectionnés.
