A stool and urine collection device consisting of a non-disposable body envelope with an abdomen attachment, having a crotch band (20), of flexible materials with two molded-in orifices and secondly, a collector (1) stool and disposable urine provided with urine pads (2) and saddles (3) intended to be secured to the band of the crotch (20). The collector (1), is a sealed collector, of inflatable wall, consisting of a double envelope of films welded together, with a film liner covering partially or totally the surface of the collector, with the urine pads (2) and saddles (3 ) inflatable, both extended by a duct channeling urine and stool inside the collector (1), and integrates inside the hollow cavity thereof (1), a double-action pusher an envelope integral with said manifold and adapted to be inflated to expel urine to a urine collection bag (11) via an evacuation conduit (10). The compressed air supply of the collector cavities (1) is ensured by the control unit (18) via a duct (13) connected to a pneumatic plug (17) plugged into the air transfer interface (12) of the disposable collector ( 1).
